Now on dvd a colorful collection of Elvis songs with the theme: ‘Duets’. During his movie career, Elvis recorded a vast amount of songs together with other vocalists. The result is a wide variety of songs and video clips out of the many well known Elvis movies. An entertaining collection that is nice to watch. Rare are the images of the 1960 ‘Welcome Home Elvis’Frank Sinatra Tv-Special; they remain a unique momentum to see. Other rare performances include Lisa Marie’s duet with Elvis on ‘In The Ghetto’ during a Oprah Tv-show, complete with Gospel Choir. It is beyond anyone’s guess why this never turned in to a big hit; great performance. Also: Celine Dion’s duet with Elvis on ‘Amercian Idol’ and Martina McBride appearing – with Elvis on screen –on a tv-show to promote the ‘Christmas Duets’ album. The odd one out is a clip from ‘Beyonce & Jay-Z’. A nice produced dvdr with a special selection of songs and images.

Naja, würd eher sagen irgendwas selbst gebasteltes:

Von daher ist das eher zu vernachlässigen.

Der link von Cisco zu der Doppel-CD verweist auf etwas anderes. Ob diese Doppel-CD aber nun besser bzw. interessanter ist, bleibt allerdings zweifelhaft.

ich weiss das es eine dvdr ist, glaube auch nicht das hier was auf steht was einen von den stuhl werft... Eben nur die Lisa clips wurden mich interessieren. Warum werden die nicht offizel von epe/ sony auf dem markt gebracht?

Danke fur den link, aber das ist genau was ich meine... Es gibt ein videoclip, es gibt das live material und genugend dvd's wo diese lieder als ein schones bonus hin zu gefugt konnten werden.

Statt dessen bekommen wir diese aufnahmen nicht. Ich hoffe das diesjahriges anniversary concert fur die fans zur verfugung gestellt wird. Fur 2013 steht die ersten ankundigung schon online, das wird aber sehr warscheinlich das 'neue' elvis in concert sein. Warum werden die alten in eic nicht veroffentlicht? Sie wissen doch sowieso das wir gute fans das alles kaufen
