Boulevard gefahren und gestanden hatten...

Hey Elvisfan 74, hast schon die Version von Don´t cry Daddy mit Lisa-Marie gehört? Ist zwar schon ziemlich lange her als dies neu aufgenommen wurde, aber wunderrrrrrrrschön! Wirst ihn bestimmt schon kennen, aber ich seh mir denn immer wieder an, kann nicht genug bekommen
Und ich muss sagen, das es eigentlich nur wenige gibt, die mich nicht emotional denken lassen, mein absoluter Favourite is
"Can´t help Falling in Love with you", ich liebe diesen Song *ggg*

Eines der traurigsten Lieder ist "Softly as I leave you" - Elvis erzählt diese Geschichte absolut herzergreifend. Bei manchen Live-Aufnahmen kann man geradezu spüren, wie das Publikum den Atem anhält...

Daneben würde ich gern noch "An American Trilogy" erwähnen: Insbesondere in Verbindung mit der Schlusssequenz des Filmes "This is Elvis". "So hush little baby, don't you cry. You know your Daddy's bound to die. But all my trials, Lord, will soon be over..." - Da öffnen sich bei mir die Schleusen...
