'68 Comeback Special Boxsets.
The '68 Comeback Special Boxsets are rolling out of the factory and have arrived at the SONY/BMG headquarters, at least here in Holland they have.
This is what the Boxset looks like and it is looking quite stunning! This release, aimed at the general public, certainly fits nicely next to the Complete '68 Special Dvd Boxset.
There is a very nice and informative booklet included and the overall sound is very good, thanks to Vic Anesini.
The audio on the dressingroom rehearsals seems to have improved quite a bit as well! The Boxset is dedicated in memory of Todd Morgan.
In Holland, the Boxset will be first released this coming thursday during a special release party where fans will get a very limited 7" vinyl promo single for free when the buy the Boxset.

National dutch television station SBS6 will be shooting that night for their new documentary on Elvis: 'The King Is Still Alive' and they would like to interview as many fans as possible!
PLUS: every fan who will buy the Boxset that night will get a special made SONY/BMG 7" vinyl promo with 2 tracks from the '68 Special! SONY/BMG Holland will press these singles only for that night in very limited quantity so it will become a true collectors item! We expect the cover art to be ready in the coming days.
More surprises might be added along the way... (Supposedly somebody is being seen digging in the vaults of SONY/BMG Holland for collector's items to give to fans in a special lottery that night but this rumour is not confirmed as of yet...)
But write July 31st, Caddy's Diner, Purmerend, 19:00 hours in your agenda's! It's Elvis Time will be there with a big stand as well!
