Let It Roll (Madison)

Let It Roll will be the next Madison release and feature unreleased '70s alternate takes & unedited studio material in excellent sound quality , pretty much in the same quality as Danny Boy and Funny How Time Slips Away on Elvis - A Legendary Performer volume 8 . This CD will show the ever-present talent of Elvis in his later period, but also his good humor and dedication while working in studio. The packaging will include a 16 page, illustrated booklet and relevant notes.

This new CD should please all the fans with some rare studio and live recordings. Hear Elvis rehearsing It's Midnight before going into the first take of this song, a brief studio jam of Johnny B. Goode and having fun afterwards, one of his last performances of the song Help Me recorded at the closing show of the April/May '77 tour in Saginaw,MI., Elvis and the Imperials get down to cutting a terrific version of Bosom Of Abraham and more. All the tracks on this CD are in full stereo and superb quality.

wann haben wir den letzten outtake-release gehabt, auf dem mehr als 3 versionen neu waren
zumindest is schon nur mal 70er-material drauf .. ein weiterer Pluspunkt

Wäre es ein komplett neuer und unveröffentlichter Soundboard wäre es mir egal, aber bei den vielen bekannten Sachen und Schnipslereien muss man nicht die Leute noch mehr ausnehmen. Die Grenze ist überschritten worden

the original (??? geändert Johnny ) - it helped that i told the guys how much cd´s you would take for that lower price.... i still dont know why did they had to increase in the first place... but it s ok now

Ich hab das immer sehr gerne wenn man mir so scheibt, das deckt sich ungefähr mit meinem englisch und ich komme mir dann auch ganz gut vor in Fremdsprachen
Und er lacht dann nicht über mich wenn ich zurückschreibe

Der angebliche Take 1 von "It´s Midnight" ist identisch mit dem Alternate take 10 auf dem Platinum Box Set.

Der Alternate take von "Bosom Of Abraham" ist identisch mit dem Alternate take 3 auf dem Platinum Box Set - lediglich mehr Dialog am Anfang und Ende auf der "Let It Roll" hier...

"I´m Leavin´" - Alternate take 8 (unedited) ist wohl doch eher Alternate take 5...
